Our Child Health Immunizations Clinic are held every Tuesday from 11:15 am - 1:30 pm.
This service is for well children only, parents with unwell babies (vomiting, fever and diarrhoea) should contact the surgery.
Your Child Health Immunizations GP is Dr Neil Gupta
Your Child Health Immunizations nurse is Margaret Sanchez (Locum Nurse)
Appointments are for 15 minutes, but if you feel you need longer then please ask the receptionist to make a double appointment. An appointment can be made either at the surgery or by phone during surgery hours.
If you find you cannot keep your appointment please call us to cancel it as soon as possible so that we can offer it to another patient. Patients who require an interpreter will need to book a double appointment.
If you require an interpreter, please see a member of the Reception Team.
Booking ahead - You can book an appointment up to 4 weeks ahead with your usual doctor or nurse. We will try to accommodate your request if you prefer to book further ahead.
Pre booked appointment are especially useful if:
If you need to be seen urgently, you must ring the practice before 1pm. You will initially be given a telephone triage with the duty doctor. That is, the doctor will phone you back on the telephone number you have left within a few hours. Triage means responding to the most serious problem first. Please give the receptionist an idea of your problem, so they can tell the doctor.
The doctor will phone you to discuss the problem and together decide the best course of action. He or she may want to call you in to examine you within a safe interval.
The phone lines are closed between 1pm & 4pm. If you ring after 4pm you will only be seen that day if your problem cannot possibly wait.
There is a cancellation line at the practice which you may use to cancel your booked appointment 24hrs a day.
All you need do is phone the main surgery line on 020 7624 2414; listen to the greeting message and follow the instructions. Please remember to speak clearly, leaving your name and the appointment time you wish to cancel. We urge all patients to use this facility to help reduce wasted consultation time, as well as release appointments for someone else in need.
We have a self check-in system for patients which allows you to automatically check-yourself-in to a previously arranged appointment at the practice—without having to queue up behind patients at the main reception desk.
The touch-screen is located on the ground floor in the main waiting room. Follow the simple on-screen instructions to check yourself in.
If you check in earlier than one hour before your appointment time or five minutes later than your appointment time, you will be redirected to the reception desk.
If you are housebound or if your medical condition is so bad that you are not able to come to the surgery, it is possible to request a home visit. Please ring before 11am whenever possible to request a visit.
This enables the doctors to visit between surgeries and plan the day. If a visit is requested in the afternoon, there may be delay that could have been avoided.
If you prefer to speak to the doctor by phone rather than attend the surgery, please ask the receptionist.
You will need to give the phone number where the doctor will be able to contact you at the pre-arranged time.
You can do it on-line at your convenience...
